Advised a Canadian global solar energy developer regarding its equity investments inthe Philippines including structuring and negotiating its divestment from a Philippine company;

Advised and assisted a UK-headquartered virtual asset service provider in the restructuring of its Philippine entity and obtaining the relevant licenses from the Philippine Central Bank to operate a virtual currency exchange in the Philippines;

Advised the investment arm of a major Malaysian bank with respect to the restructuring of its property holding structure in the Philippines in light of foreign equity restrictions and the analysis of the various corporate arrangements and contracts entered into by the foreign bank;

Advised and assisted in the sale of 100% shareholding in an information technology company providing technology services to a government agency;

Advisedand assisted in the establishment of the first branch in the Philippines of a leading Kuala Lumpur-headquartered ASEAN universal bank, one of the largest investment banks in Asia and one of the largest Islamic banks in the worldin obtaining operational licenses from the Philippine Central Bank, assisting in regulatory and operational compliance with banking regulations, review of financial technology and digital bank products agreements, and advising and assisting the bank in its digital bank products and cashless digital retail/consumer banking operations in the Philippines;
